RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from La Mar Collective. Each piece is made and packaged with care. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the event your order arrives damaged or defective.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us once proof of damage has been emailed. Proof must include clear photos and/or video of the package in its original condition before opening—showing the shipping box, protective materials, shipping label, and the damaged item.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
